If Teachers Enter The Scores:

1)  Obtain an NWEA MAP Report that lists students' scores in each of the 4 Goal Areas in math. Here's one example of a report that can be used.

2)  Teachers log in at KhanAcademy.org/mappers.

3)  Find your class in the drop-down box under "Your students".   One-by-one, enter the LOWER score in each goal area for every student in your class.  (Make sure that you have the correct MAP test selected...Mathematics 2-5 or Mathematics 6+ ).  After each student, press the "Show Me the Recommendations!" button.

Teachers should first create a class and add their students before entering scores.  See the Getting Started tab to learn how.  This process only needs to be completed after each new NWEA MAP session -- 3 times per year.

If Students Enter Their Own Scores:

1)  Provide students with their scores in the 4 Goal Areas on the NWEA MAP test.

2)  Students log in at KhanAcademy.org/mappers.

3)  Students enter their LOWER scores in each of the 4 goal areas and then press "Show Me the Recommendations".
